I approach each massage with a healing mindset. I like to focus on chronic pain relief with the use of cupping and deep/relaxation techniques to help heal the body without being too overwhelming for the muscles. Nothing is better than seeing progress in someone’s health: I’m goal oriented and helping someone feel better is very fulfilling.
