Enthusiast Membership Terms of Service

    MONTH-TO-MONTH PLAN 

    The Enthusiast plan is a month-to-month membership plan billed monthly as an auto-debit. There are no obligations, no setup or  activation fees, and no long-term contracts.You understand that if you are not able to come in during a particular month, you will still be assessed your membership fee and any unused sessions issued to your account will simply rollover. The membership plan itself cannot be transferred. However, you can transfer unused sessions to friends and family for a $10 transfer fee. The membership fee will be charged on the same-day each month and the member session becomes available the following day once the payment has been processed and cleared.

    30 DAY MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

    You can opt out with 30 days’ notice in writing via email, over the phone, or in-person. This means that your membership will officially be canceled 30 days from your request and you will be charged one final membership fee. You have twelve months to redeem or transfer any unused sessions. 

    SPECIAL ENTHUSIAST RATES 

    Your $117 monthly membership fee earns you a monthly sixty-minute standard massage session (Swedish, Deep Tissue or Sports)  and you enjoy an unlimited number of additional sessions at low Enthusiast rates. Additional bodywork services are discounted by $15 for acupuncture and services of 45 minutes or less, $30 for initial acupuncture visits and services of 60 minutes and $40 for services greater than 60 minutes in duration. 

    THERE IS TIME FOR YOU 

    Our sessions last the full stated duration (vs. the “fifty-minute hour’ typical elsewhere). We give our therapists the opportunity not to  rush but to really connect with you and to best help you, including intake and post-massage self-care tips. 

    ELIGIBILITY 

    The Dreamclinic Enthusiast Membership ensures member savings at any of our Primary clinic locations.  The membership does not currently extend to services at third-party Corporate locations through the Dreamclinic Workplace &  Events Division nor to services at partner clinics (i.e. Therapeutic Associates, Inc.) The Enthusiast Membership cannot be applied for any services that Dreamclinic bills to your insurance and member discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

    THANK YOU FOR REFERRING 

    Referrals are the highest form of appreciation for the quality of service and care you receive here. When you introduce a new client to Dreamclinic, you are given a complimentary 30 minute massage Upgrade as a token of our appreciation. It can be used for any future visit, extending a 60 to a 90-minute session or a 90 to a 120-minute session. 

    24-HOUR APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY 

    You agree to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For cancellations  without sufficient notice and for no shows, you will be assessed a cancellation fee of $75 for 45 min, $100 for 60 min, $145 for 90 min, and $190 for 120 minute sessions, charged to your card on file. 

    MEMBERSHIP RATE CHANGES 

    Dreamclinic reserves the right to adjust its member rates, membership rules and benefits at any time. You will receive no less than  60 days’ notice in the event of upcoming membership rate or rule changes. 

    CODE OF CONDUCT 

    All Dreamclinic therapists are experts in musculoskeletal conditions and are required to comply fully with all state licensing, certification, and continuing education requirements. However, massage therapy should not be considered as a substitute for medical  examination, diagnosis, or treatment. It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any pre-existing conditions, limitations, or  specific sensitivities you have. If you have any concerns, you should consult your doctor to ensure that massage is medically safe. If you experience discomfort, pain or are uncomfortable for any reason during a service, you agree to immediately ask the therapist to adjust the technique, pressure, draping, music, heat, or other elements contributing to your comfort. You can also ask the  therapist to end the service at any time. All services are provided for strictly therapeutic purposes only. Any conduct that is sexual in nature or inappropriate in any other way is not tolerated at Dreamclinic. If you have any concerns about your therapist, you agree to notify the clinic manager of the location where service was rendered as soon as possible. If you engage in any inappropriate conduct as a client of Dreamclinic, service to you may be refused as determined by the Clinic Manager of your preferred location. 

    OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

    Dreamclinic reserves the right to collect any delinquent or outstanding balance(s) at any time that has not been paid for any services  provided or monthly payments owed. For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide Dreamclinic with accurate, complete, and updated information including your name, address, telephone number, and applicable payment data. You agree to notify Dreamclinic promptly of any changes to your information. Your rights/obligations under the membership cannot be assigned by you to anyone else without Dreamclinic’s prior written consent. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of your membership shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of the agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
