Enthusiast Membership Terms of Service
The Enthusiast plan is a month-to-month membership plan billed monthly as an auto-debit. There are no obligations, no setup or activation fees, and no long-term contracts. You can opt out with 30 days notice by sending a notification to Dreamclinic in writing or by email. You understand that if you are not able to come in during a particular month, you will still be assessed your membership fee and any unused sessions issued to your account simply rollover to the next month. The membership plan cannot be transferred to anyone else. If you opt out, you have twelve months to redeem or transfer any unused sessions.
SPECIAL ENTHUSIAST RATES
Your $99 monthly membership fee earns you a monthly sixty-minute standard massage session (Swedish, Deep Tissue or Sports) redeemable In-home or at our clinics. You also enjoy an unlimited number of additional sessions at low Enthusiast rates and a discounted setup fee for in-home appointments. Additional bodywork services valued at or above a one-hour deep tissue session carry an Enthusiast discount of $24 dollars. All other bodywork services as well as our the in-home service setup charge qualify for a $8 discount.
THERE IS TIME FOR YOU
Our sessions last the full stated duration (vs. the “fifty-minute hour’ typical elsewhere). We give our therapists the opportunity not to rush but to really connect with you and to best help you, including intake and post-massage self-care tips.
The Dreamclinic Healthy-Living Enthusiast membership plan ensures member savings for you at any of our Primary clinic locations. The membership does not currently extend to services at third-party Corporate locations through our Workplace & Events Division nor to services at partner clinics (i.e. Therapeutic Associates, Inc.) The Enthusiast membership cannot be applied for any services that Dreamclinic bills to your insurance and member discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Your referrals are the highest form of appreciation for the quality of service and care you receive here, and we like to thank you right back. When you introduce a new customer to Dreamclinic, you qualify for a complimentary 30 minute massage Upgrade on your next visit, from a 60 to a 90-minute session.

You agree to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For cancellations without sufficient notice and for no shows, you will be assessed a $85 cancellation fee, charged to your card on file.
MEMBERSHIP RATE CHANGES
Dreamclinic reserves the right to adjust its member rates, membership rules and benefits at any time. You will receive no less than 60 days’ notice in the event of upcoming membership rate or rule changes.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All Dreamclinic therapists are experts in musculo-skeletal conditions and are required to comply fully with all state licensing, certification, and continuing education requirements. However, massage therapy should not be considered as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment and It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any pre-existing conditions, limitations, or specific sensitivities.you have. If you have any concerns, you should consult your doctor to ensure that massage is medically safe for you
If you experience discomfort or pain or are uncomfortable for any reason during a service, you agree to immediately ask the therapist to adjust the technique, pressure, draping, music, heat, or other elements contributing to your comfort. You can also ask the therapist to end the service at any time.
All services are provided for strictly therapeutic purposes only. Any conduct that is sexual in nature or inappropriate in any other way is not tolerated at Dreamclinic. If you have any concerns about your therapist, you agree to notify the clinic manager of the location where service was rendered as soon as possible after receiving service. If you engage in any inappropriate conduct as a client of Dreamclinic, service to you may be refused, as determined by the Clinic Manager of your home location.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dreamclinic reserves the right to collect at any time any delinquent or outstanding balance(s) that has not been paid for any services provided or monthly payments owed. For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide Dreamclinic with current, accurate, complete, and updated information including your name, address, telephone number, and applicable payment data. You agree to notify Dreamclinic promptly of any changes in your information, including your payment data.
Your rights or obligations under the membership cannot be assigned by you to anyone else without Dreamclinic’s prior written consent. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of your membership shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of the agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
