I booked three separate massages at the same time and on the same day for myself, my husband and our guest. We are... frequent massage clients from places far flung, and as we are from out of town we have never been to dream clinic, but wanted to treat our guest to something nice.Our guest had never had a professional massage, but said her experience was phenomenal. My husband was massaged by a male (I apologize for not remembering names) and said that it was by far the best massage he has ever had. Perfect pressure and technique.I had my massage from a female with kind eyes, short hair and a beanie. (Again, I'm sorry I don't remember her name) Again, I received the best massage I have memory of receiving. Her technique was flawless. She did the best and most effective lower back release I have ever experienced, and she even diagnosed a problem I have been having with my right foot stemming from my Achilles without me even mentioning it was a problem!Needless to say, we highly recommend based on all three of our experiences. Folks on Yelp have been giving negative reviews and I don't get it. I have always had a fabulous experience here from... the reception, to the massage, to me walking out the door. Unfortunately (???) it seems like this is often a "jumping off point" for folks later starting their own practice, so there is often a turnover but I always get another great therapist. Kudos to them for helping to launch, yet another, independent therapist and for hosting up and comers. I have had weird and "not great" massages at other places...but never at DreamClinic.read more

Dreamclinic for a deep tissue massage to address neck and upper back/shoulder pain that was a result ofpoor posture while working at home. Andrea was thorough during our initial consultation, assessing where she needed to focus and was communicative throughout my massage to ensure she was effectively addressing the issue(s). I visited her two weeks later to revisit the pain points and after a few days of soreness and healing, felt immensely better. You must schedule with Rachel H. if you are in pain!! I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder which has caused me many... painful back and neck issues due to muscle tension. I feel like I had tried everything before I came to Dreamclinic for a medical therapeutic massage, and now I've finally found some relief. I don't go for a relaxing session, but for intense pressure and relief of the overbearing tension trapped in my muscles. Rachel knows the body extremely well and works every point that needs to be relieved with diligence and care. I leave every time feeling like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Highly recommend Dreamclinic and Rachel, I wish I could give it more stars!Also for everyone complaining about the customer service and cancelations, stuff happens its not that big of a deal! I’m pleased to say I’ve been happy with nearly all of them. I prefer deep-tissue, so I want to give a big shout-out to Charylie, she’s awesome and I highly recommend. The location is great for me, I just walk down for my appointment, but they have a few parking spaces if you need to drive. I like the facility, it’s clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and very helpful, check in/out is a breeze. The online booking system is so great, it allows you to book several weeks in advance, so I usually book a few sessions at a time. However, if you have insurance... Good luck!I’ve been with Dreamclinic for approximately five years—the massages are great... Scheduling with insurance, on the other hand, is enough to force someone to another clinic. It’s near impossible to get an appointment that’s not two weeks to a month out.If that’s not frustrating enough, the last two appointments with Jonathan were cancelled the day of. The time before those, due to a scheduling conflict, they offered to shorten my 60 min massage to a 30/45 min massage. No thanks!Today I decided to pay out-of-pocket, in order to get in sooner. The massage was excellent (thanks Matt); however, I was inform by Dreamclinic that if I chose to pay out-of-pocket, I could no longer make insurance claims for the remainder of the year.This rating in no way reflects the massage itself. Matt was pretty good and hit all the tense areas. This does, however, reflect past experiences and how Dreamclinic handles insurance claims.read more

I don't think it's particularly easy finding a "good fit" massage therapist, but I have had, over the years, the... fortune of finding several at DreamClinic for various upper and lower back, and sometimes shoulder or hip, issues. I need deep tissue "medical" massage with what is probably considered pretty strong pressure, but want someone who works into it and has a good "flow" from one area to another. Corey B at Queen Anne and Preston at Roosevelt are excellent.read more

Wow. After a 60-minute Swedish with Georgia, I walked out of the clinic feeling like a new person. I've had many... massages from many different places in my lifetime, and this one was hands down the best I have ever received, for a more than reasonable rate. I'm an avid runner and have had issues with my lower back, hips, and legs for years now. After this massage, I could finally walk comfortably again! Georgia hit muscles I didn't even know existed and was the most phenomenal masseuse I have ever encountered. Seriously, book her ASAP. This Dreamclinic office is clean, organized, attentive, and relaxing. I would suggest this office (and Georgia) to anyone looking for a massage finally worth the cost! Nerea at Dreamclinic gave the best massage I've ever had. They found cramped muscles nobody had worked before, and had... really ingenious moves to unknot them. I work on computers and travel a lot, so my neck, shoulders, back, and hips were all a logjam of pain. I feel ten years younger after this amazing session. Alex is absolutely amazing. I had a pretty nasty migraine that I couldn't kick, but the neck, scalp, and face massage... really did the trick! The pressure was fantastic and he was intuitive in where I needed work. Did some stretching with really tight areas which I really appreciated. Front staff was fabulous. I was having this severe neck and upper back tightening for 3-5 days . ..I was able to get appointment in the hour on... Sunday🙏..The room was very clean. Update! Manager Steve contacted me and apologized in regards to the system in place and will be making changes to the... way they collect referrals and triage insurance claims. He also refunded me an absence fee given all the trouble. Great remediation from this clinic, very impressed.Previous:They took 2 months to get me in after an accident because they told me my PIP had to be cleared first. (Which I get for the end of the year is a busy time.. but its PIP and you will get paid! Surely!) By this time my prescription for massage ran out and they told me I had to renew it before I could see them. At this point I only had 2 massage appointments completed. They would not let me make ANY appointments and kept cancelling them all until PIP was cleared even though their openings were weeks away. This is not conducive to injury, patients should be seen RIGHT away after an accident.read more

(Gunnar & Caitlin) listened to my needs and loosened up my chronically stiff neck & shoulders (too much computer work!).
