Please note, the cancellation policy is the same for insurance covered massage/acupuncture appointments as it is for wellness appointments (see below). Cancellation fees cannot be billed to insurance and you, the client, are solely responsible for paying them should they arise.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life requires scheduling changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the start time are charged a cancellation fee of $100, $145, or $190, depending on the appointment duration (60m, 90m, 120m respectively).
This applies to both wellness and medical massage.
