  • What is the Dreamclinic Healthy Lifestyle Membership Program?

    The Dreamclinic Healthy Lifestyle Membership is for those clients that choose to receive massage on a regular basis, at least quarterly, as part of their health maintenance routine. You know the benefits of regular bodywork. With Healthy Lifestyle Memberships, Dreamclinic rewards you for your healthy habit through ongoing savings, exclusive member offers, and rewards that translate to more bodywork, gift certificates or free service upgrades.

  • How does a membership work?

    Purchase an annual membership for $25 to save 11% all year long. Members receive a 6% discount on all our therapeutic services plus 5% back in rewards points on any purchase at Dreamclinic. You also get access to member exclusive offers and promotions, for example earn double points during specific times of the month.  Your membership typically pays for itself after approximately three visits.

    Once you are an active member, present your membership card when paying for services at any of our locations. If you don’t have your card handy, our Customer Service Specialist can pull up your account using your phone number to ensure that you receive your points.

  • How many points do I get for my purchases?

    Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.

  • What are all the benefits of a membership?
    • Instant discounts – Receive an automatic 6% discount on massage, acupuncture, or tranquility sessions.
    • Points for all your purchases – In addition to the member discount, earn a point for every dollar you spend be it for bodywork, gift certificates, packages, classes or merchandise. Points never expire as long as you remain a member.
    • Enjoy rewards – Redeem your points for more massage or acupuncture for you or convert your rewards into gift certificates. Check out the “Earning Points” and “Redeeming Points” sections of these FAQs to learn more.
    • Bonus points – Earn double or triple points on special promotions, offered to members only.
    • Keep track of your points – receive automatic point notifications via your preferred contact method (email or text)
    • Biggest savings on packages – Purchase a 10-hr massage package and your member points are applied instantly. Enjoy a total savings of 16%! Share package hours with friends and family.
    • Qualify for free renewal – Your annual renewal fee is waived when you receive 12 or more hours of bodywork in the prior year.
  • Is the Dreamclinic Membership a credit card?

    No. It is a membership program that offers you rewards for your healthy habits. That’s it. So every time you visit us, you earn more rewards.

  • Does it cost anything to be a member?

    Yes – enrollment in the membership is $25 annually.

  • What are the rules of the program?

  • What happened to the Dreamclinic rewards stamp cards?

    The rewards stamp cards were Dreamclinic’s old rewards program. If you have an old stamp card, we will convert the stamps to their equivalent points value on your membership account.  All Dreamclinic locations now participate in the Healthy Lifestyle Memberships Program.

EARNING POINTS

  • How do I earn points at Dreamclinic?

    After joining, present your membership card when checking out from your session at any of our locations. If you don’t have your card, you can tell the Customer Service Specialist your phone number. The specialist will gladly look up your number and ensure that you receive your points.

  • How do I earn points online?

    When you purchase an online gift certificate or massage package, we will automatically add the points to your account if you are an active member at the time of purchase.

  • How are points calculated?

    Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.

  • When do my points appear in my membership account?

    You earn points immediately.

  • Do all my purchases count toward my points?

    You can earn points on all purchases at Dreamclinic when you are an active member. However, tips to your therapist, co-insurance (co-pay) and outstanding insurance balances, taxes, and fees are not eligible for points. See the membership Terms & Conditions for complete details.

  • How long are points valid?

    Points will never expire as long as you remain an active member. Memberships are re-assessed annually on your first activation date. If you have visited us for 12 or more hours of bodywork in one calendar year, you are eligible for a free renewal of your membership. If you have not, you will need to purchase the membership for $25 to remain an active member so that your points do not expire.

  • How do I know if I have points expiring?

    Your automatic point notifications via your preferred contact method (email or text) will notify you if your points are expiring soon and your membership needs to be re-activated to keep them from expiring.

  • What happens to my points when I return an item?

    Your points (and any bonus points) are deducted from your points balance.

  • My statement shows that I have a certain amount of points, but I know I've spent more than this. What should I do?

    Please contact a Dreamclinic Customer Service Specialist at the clinic of your choice and they will assist you.

  • Can I share my membership with a family member or friend?

    The Dreamclinic Membership is individual and non-transferable. However, you can purchase a membership for a friend or family member as a gift. You can also save up your collected points and redeem them for a gift certificate to give to a friend or family member.

  • How can I check to see if I have any offers or points?

    At this time, the best way is to call 206-267-0863 or email us and ask a Customer Service Specialist for your points and available rewards, or, ask at the time of your appointment. You will also receive automatic point notifications via your preferred contact method (email or text) after each session.

ENROLLMENT

  • How do I become a member at Dreamclinic?

    Ask a Customer Service Specialist at any Dreamclinic location. They’ll happily enroll you in the Healthy Lifestyle Membership Program. It’s quick, easy, and incredibly worth your while.

  • What information do I need to provide to join?

    To receive all the benefits of membership, you must provide your full name, address, phone, valid email address, and birthday.

  • Are there membership levels?

    No. However, Dreamclinic may add additional levels of rewards for members in the future.

  • What if I forgot to use my rewards card during a visit to Dreamclinic?

    Not to worry, if you forget to mention your membership at check out, the Dreamclinic Customer Service Specialist will add them to your account for you. Mistakes do happen occasionally, if you ever believe that your points where not added to your account, call 206-267-0863 and a Customer Service Specialist will be happy to assist you.

  • What special offers can I get as a member?

    As a member you are rewarded with special offers based on the therapists and the services you love. You’ll receive custom offers sent via email or text message, and once in a blue moon by postal mail. Examples of these benefits are bonus points on specially selected products or services, last moment appointment availability, access to members-only events or classes, bonus points days, discounts, and more.

  • My friend got a special coupon offer, and I didn't. How do I get that offer?

    Dreamclinic Membership is designed to give you offers tailored to you. Not all offers are available to all members. To receive offers more relevant to you, remember to provide your member card or phone number to a Customer Service Specialist every time you visit us.

  • How will my personal information be used?

    Your personal information is used only to provide you greater service convenience, information and pertinent offers from Dreamclinic.  We NEVER sell or disclose to any third parties. Period.
