What would you want a first time patient to know about acupuncture?
Don’t be nervous about needles. I use ultra-thin needles and a very gentle needling techniques.  Acupuncture is rooted in the concept that the body has an innate ability to heal itself and I work with you to heal your body of injuries, illnesses and other blockages or deficiencies in order to return it to a state where it can function normally and do what it knows how to do.

What is something about acupuncture that most people don’t know?
Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine are really good at helping people work through emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. It is also amazing in the area of women’s health — for issues such as PMS or cycle regulation and postpartum support and recovery.
